Australia wide delivery with a flat rate of $30 per order, this will be added at checkout.

Please allow 10-14 days for receipt of your product. You will receive tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

When shopping online we do understand sometimes your items turns up and just doesn’t feel right, simply contact us within 21 days for a store credit or exchange and we can organize a return* (Items must be undamaged, unused and in their original condition.)

In the case that something arrives damaged, please contact our team and we will arrange a replacement or refund: shop@improvision.com.au
